My name is Melissa I am a qualified chef, I have worked in catering for over 30 yrs.
I specialise in brownies having spent a lot of time perfecting my recipe, I also make edible images and photo chocolates.
I am insured and have had my kitchen passed by the environmental health I have my hygiene and allergen certificates.
