By placing an order with Fudge Bakery you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions.

Items are baked fresh to order so take 3-5 days from placing your order to be dispatched, If you need an order for a specific date please get in contact before placing your order.

All orders are non-refundable unless there is a proven fault on my end, in which case contact me within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

While great care is taken to package your items I am not liable for any delays or damage or other issues caused by your courier.
